Chelsea is a Cyber Threat Report Analyst, specializing in intelligence and analysis, working on CTA’s joint analytic reports. She is a student in the MIT Technology and Policy Program (TPP) addressing cybersecurity policy through research and education. Her past work spans cyber risk quantification, SRC (strategy, risk and compliance), intelligence, network security, and cloud security. Chelsea earned her B.A. in Economics from DePauw University. She is conversationally proficient in English and French and has an intermediate skill in Mandarin and Spanish.
